The Amazon Game Services team is looking for a customer obsessed, creative, and innovative Social Media Content Manager to execute and manage the brand’s paid and organic social media content strategy. This position will work within the Game Services Marketing team to oversee the tactical execution of the Paid Social Media content (Twitter & Facebook). This person will also interact with the community through social media channels and forums as a community evangelist and occasionally represent the team at live events. Responsibilities: · Create & curate social content in-line with the paid social media strategy to help grow followers, drive awareness & affinity with and existing customers. · Plan the monthly Paid Social Media content calendar across Game Services key social channels and produce a weekly content schedule that has an engaging and timely narrative following product roadmap and social trends. · Work closely with digital agency to manage quality and creation of outsourced content. · Work with developer, team members, and documentation to create your own content from scratch. · Engage with accounts in the targeted audience groups to build trust and cultivate a relationship. · Stay on top of Social Media trends and activities to ensure our content is fresh and relevant. · Analyze performance of paid social content on a daily/weekly basis and use this data to constantly evolve and improve results. · Create a high level weekly report relaying KPI’s and findings · Engage with customers in the official forums and other community channels (Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, etc.) in an empathetic and authentic way. · Attend and cover live events (GDC, E3, etc.) for social media/community and represent the Game Services team in a professional and knowledgeable way. A successful candidate for this position has a strong understanding of how social media platforms work with great ideas, the drive and the skills to make things happen. A team player who happily incorporates feedback from multiple stakeholders and pivots as necessary. You are able to efficiently deploy paid campaigns, analyze results, and quickly adapt creatives and messages to drive increasing returns on your output. . Basic Qualifications · 3+ years paid social media experience · 3+ years content creation experience · Experience with Sprinklr a plus · Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications · Excellent communication skills. · Strong organizational skills. Good time manager. Ability to multitask and oversee multiple social media accounts under the Game Services brand. · Deep familiarity with and passion for paid and organic social media. · An intuition for the type of content that engages.
