    Job Description

    About the role As a key contributor in Jellymedia you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of esports, along with being heavily involved in social and community management. No two days will be the same and on any given day you may find yourself devising strategies, running esports championships or working with our team executing social media campaigns. Short term, you'll help us engage on a deeper level with players, teams, the community and brands. Long term, your role will encompass league operations, player, team & influencer relationship management and social & community management. Applicants should be aware that the successful individual will be required to travel. Experience • Working within a social and community team planning, creating and executing social and community content • Answering and assisting inbound enquiries by phone, email and websites • Maintaining logs and systems with accurate and up-to-date information • Contribute to all aspects of esports including production, operations, player management, events, marketing, and ecosystem engagement • Devise & produce esports content into a popular form of entertainment to deepen engagement with a broad player base • Experience within, and a strong passion for esports. Must be in-touch with esports culture and trends • Experience of writing articles and other pieces of creative writing • Produce, & execute competitive events in-person and online • History of creating and managing tournaments (formats, live admin, composition); • Strong technical knowledge of hardware; gaming consoles

    Job Criteria

    Requirements • 1+ years experience in games/sports/entertainment/media industries • Proven love for doing what's never been done before • A hands on, self-sufficient individual that can work independently • Passion for games, the developers who make them, and the players that love them • Good written and verbal communication skills are essential • Understanding and experience of social media and networks • Extensive football knowledge is desirable • Execute online and offline events, from managing vendors to hands-on tournament operations.
