On the other hand they love to challenge themselves online on their console, PC, mobile or tablet, especially if there is any compensation, such as monetary reward or gifts. HOW? BeatMe is the only free eSports mobile app available on Android and iOS. In 3 clicks, you challenge anyone, anytime, on all your favorite video games! At the end of each game, the loser has the possibility to reward the winner with a donation in euros (between 2 and 10 €). Out of our thousands of games, more than 30% are rewarded.

    Job Description

    Do you want to play a game and the loser rewards the winner with money? Do you find the idea cool? That's good, we do too! We are currently looking for a Country Manager to help us to develop BeatMe in Germany. If you have always dreamed of working in the video games industry and eSports, this job is for you! MAIN RESPONSABILITIES • Build up a strong community of both social eSports gamers as well as competitive and pro gamers. • Foster a strong direct relationship with the community to increase activity and gather community feedback. • Identify and liaise very closely with top players to manage their needs and turn them into brand ambassadors. • Help build and manage a moderation & admin team. • Handle any problems by the community swiftly and professionally, especially payment related. • Build up and manage social media presence and other communication channels. • Content creation for news articles, patch notes and blog posts. • Organise community events and tournaments. • Together with the Business Development & Marketing Teams build up third party partnerships for special tournaments, sponsorships, etc. • Liaise closely with the Technology Team to communicate player needs and fix issues. • Help to define further development of the platform and the overall strategic direction of the company. • Manage and further develop KPIs to assess the health of the community and measure the impact of different activities. • Create regular reports for the Management team.

    Job Criteria

    • Excellent knowledge about games and eSports. • FIFA & HearthStone enthousiast. • 3+ years in community management or similar position for online games or eSports. • Strong network with social, competitive and pro gamers, streamers and event organisers. • Strong communicator both to gamers as well as within the company. • Organised, reliable & target-oriented. • Fluency in German & English, French is a benefit.
